Breathwork & Reiki Circle

Join us for a transformational breathwork practice set to a live DJ, designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The class begins with intention setting, followed by 40min minutes of active breathing, and concludes with a long svasana & hands on reiki by Shamanic practitioner Francesca Valarezo (@spiritualrebelyogi) founder of @shamanek_ 

This practice uses various breathing techniques to tap into your inner wisdom, release stress, and foster a sense of connection. Experience deeper relaxation and inner balance, offering a journey to the ultimate reset or simply an hour of release.
